Project background and requirements

Basalt is one of the common hard rocks in the area and is widely used in road construction, concrete mixing plants and infrastructure projects. With the Saudi Arabian government's large-scale investment in infrastructure (such as the "Vision 2030" plan), the demand for high-quality aggregates continues to grow. Therefore, this project requires a production line that can efficiently crush and produce construction aggregates that meet specifications.

The project has a designed capacity of 1,200 tons per hour and requires the production of multiple specifications of aggregates, including 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm and 40-80mm, to meet the needs of the construction, concrete and other infrastructure industries.
