Project Requirements Analysis

Granite is a hard rock widely used as a foundation material for construction, roads, bridges, mines and other projects. In order to meet the demand for construction aggregates in Chengdu, Sichuan, this production line design requires the use of efficient and stable equipment to crush granite, ensure the efficient operation of the production line and the quality of the finished aggregates, and meet the needs of construction sand.

The design goal is to crush 300-350 tons of granite per hour, and provide sand and gravel aggregates of different particle sizes after crushing and screening to meet the needs of different uses.
